South Carolina Wrestling news got a chance to talk with T.T. Prayther, All American wrestler. What a great example of dedication, hard work and a never give up attitude.
T.T. Prayther is one of South Carolina’s most successful High School Wrestlers from North Myrtle Beach. With a record of 204-11 and three State Championships he has the 3rd best winning record as a 3A wrestler in South Carolina, with J.C. Oddo with a 210-7 record and Eddie Coles with a 205-6 record, both from Eastside.
T.T. signed with Missouri and became an All American this year for Meramec, in St. Louis. Meramec placed 2nd under Iowa Central at the 2010 NJCAA (JUCO) Nationals. We look forward to watching this South Carolina Wrestler do great things this year.
Good luck T.T.

Thanks for the interview.
Just curious, What weight will TT be trying out for at Missouri? I know Geiges was signed for 133 at Oklahoma. Would be neat to see two SC guys tearing it up in the Big XII and Div I!
He wrestled at 125 this past year and from what I understand after talking with him he will be at the same weight. We look forward to following his wrestling career in Missouri.
